Swan Veterinary Care is named after these mystical birds as they represent grace, dignity and peace in symbolism around the world. They also symbolise love, devotion and transformation and in some mytholgies, they were believed to have links to the world of the gods. The term 'swan song' is also an ancient metaphor for a final farewell.

Dr Megan graduated from the University of Queensland Bachelor of Veterinary Science in 2006. She strives to help provide a gentle and compassionate at home euthanasia service for pets. She is also a qualified Animal Hospice and Palliative Care (AHPC) certified veterinarian through the International Association for Animal Hospice and Palliative Care (IAAHPC).
